One of our client feedback that Wiegand26 has no signal when they use RFID reader SR681.
How to solve it if you also meet this issue ? Please refer to the below solution.

Question:
We are currently developing a solution on Linux and intend to connect the reader via its USB interface to read RFID tag data.
Could you please confirm if Yanzeo provides any official documentation, SDKs, or code examples to facilitate this low-level communication on a Linux environment? We are particularly interested in libraries or guidance related to:
1. USB Communication Protocol: Details on how the device communicates (e.g., if it uses a standard HID/CDC class or a proprietary protocol).
2. API/SDK for Data Retrieval: Any available ,Python APIs/SDKs that handle the USB interface communication to specifically receive and parse the RFID tag UID and data on Linux.
Any information or links to relevant technical guides would be greatly appreciated as we begin the integration phase.
