RFID Product Warranty Policy:
Warranty Period
Yanzeo provides a one-year free warranty. Some devices, such as the SR360, SR3308, SR691, SR692, SR791, SR792, SR793, SA810, SR891, SI801, SI802, and SI803 RFID readers, offer a two-year warranty (extended warranty available).
Warranty Coverage
The free warranty generally covers malfunctions due to product quality issues, but does not cover the following:
Unauthorized disassembly or repair
Use of non-original accessories/consumables
Appearance damage or missing labels
Transportation or accidental damage (e.g., drop, crushing)

Repair Process
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Repairs typically take 5-15 business days (depending on the severity of the problem).
